  • Today I'm going to plan out my whole day on my calendar. We'll see how well I follow it.
  • Niels, my accountability partner, limits himself to 1 hour of entertainment per day.
  • I need to get my workout in the morning.
  • I'll also try to hang on the bar for as long as I can 3-5 times per day. It’s good for your shoulders and improves posture.
  • I can always use music to boost my mood at any time.
  • Let's focus on getting things done today, my priorities will be workout, walk, flute.
